We have 8 models of PS4 controllers, 8 models of Nintendo switch controllers, 8 models for PUBG controllers, etc. There’re many design colors for each model, for example we have 50 colors for our P4 model.
During the production of our products, we go through several processes, starting from the transportation of the raw materials to the processing of the finished products. We want to ensure that our defective rate is under 3/1000.
Mold Fee
The mould fee for new product ranges from 40,000USD to 10,000USD. We have many stock models, so we don’t recommend to customize if it’s not a neccessary. Custom logo will be enough for most of our customers.
Sample Product Fee
There will be a development cost for sampling product. Pay a minimal amount for a single sample. With several samples, you’ll pay a bit more. For our in stock products, the sample is free.
You can decide to either pay the full amount or pay 30% of the full payment for the wholesale.
STEP 1
For logo customization only take 1 – 2 months. For New product designing and production will take 3 – 6 months, Including time for OEM solution, contract signing, product development, Quality verification, Mass production, Quality inspection.
STEP 2
Sea shipping takes about 35 – 45 days to arrive. According to your destination, we can ship to your door by DDP or to your local sea port by CIF. Once the products arrived at their destination, you will receive an alert. You can plan how to collect your shipped goods.
We provide free sample, project customization and production
1. Understanding your ideas/concepts
If you don’t have any technical drawings and simply some ideas or concepts in your minds, the project will begin with understanding how you would like to use your product, and what purpose it will serve….etc.
2. Building tooling/mould
For entirely new products, If there is no existing tooling/mould available, then building new tooling/mould is a must. There will be development cost and tooling/mould cost (or called NRE fees) depending on specific conditions. Your inquiries are welcome, our professional staff will get in touch with you for further details and get back to you with proposals
3. Prototyping
Once new tooling/mould is completed, we will provide samples to you for your evaluation and approval
4. Mass production
After the samples are approved by you, mass production will begin.
5. Delivery of finished products
We will deliver finished products to you according to your instructions or provide shipping solutions or advices to assist you
6. Technical support and after-sale service
We will provide necessary technical supports and aftersale service to you on the products, let you have a peace of mind without worry.
